I have used his perfect mix and do like it. We use it when baking. The hickory actually any pure hickory I have tried NOT a fan.

i am using perfect mix right now ribs for dinner tonight and then my daughter put a cake in the old traeger. she made homemade frosty and choc dipped some strawberries for the top. got my big glass of milk wanting for a piece. pellets are dusty but burn good.
