i love shrimp. ok lets begin.

got some old bay for a xmas present from a xmas exchange i was in this last year. i have heard about it but never used it before. good stuff.

added some of this and some of that. into a ziploc and some shakey, shakey. let rest for 2 FT's. warmed up #63. a pic of the good stuff happening.

onto a bed of jasimine rice w/ a drizzle of my new balsamic glaze (the flavor is so good).

i nice little mid-day snack. mrs sparky ate most of the shrimp. she liked it. me too.

I know what I smoking next....SHRIMP!!! I have the smoker going now... thinking I need to thaw some shrimp right now :)

About how long did they take?

looks amazing, I'm gonna have to get some of that Balsamic glaze and give it a shot. Bought the whiskey one from BP can't wait to taste it!
