It's been a busy few weeks and today I got to relax..... worked a couple hours this morning and then met up with a couple friends
First April paddle ever, it looks so different without leaves, good paddle, lots of turtles sunning themselves, geese sitting on nests, more blue herons than I have ever seen here before......
then I went back to the pond with the dog for a walk didn't get home until 7 so dinner needed to be quick
threw a couple thin sliced rib eyes on the MAK (scooter don't look)
mixed up an avocado with some sour cream
threw a tortilla on the MAK
filled it up with salsa, the avocado/sour cream, tomato, scallions, the sliced rib eye and after the picture was taken a couple handfuls of spring mix
not the prettiest dinner but it was good
