Roasted Chicken with Fingerling potato's and Honey glazed Carrots.

Blanch the carrots in some chicken broth and add butter and honey. Cook down to a glaze.

Roast off some potato's with olive oil, S&P and some garlic powder.

Grab a Costco rotisserie Chicken

Lets Eats!

Sometimes making it easy really works!
