Six Hour Ribs

Got two rubs to use today.

Sweet Money on the ribs and into the fridge overnight.

Ready to cook add a little more sweet money and onto the Mak.

Five hours later, no FL, add some Happy Endings and Orange Clove Honey and lets go for one more hour. These were cooked at 215.

Let's make some Mac and Cheese Tots

Made some Mac and Cheese setup in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into tots.

Into egg wash and bread with panko.

Another jaw dropper (Why didn't I think of that) with the mac ' n cheese... ribs and everything look excellent on the plate (still shaking my head)!

I will be making the tots again soon but need to make them thicker. Either a smaller pan or more m&c. I will also use something to compress them as they cool. This will keep themfrom falling apart as you bread them. Good luck!
