Yeah, we don't eat much beef around here. Especially when split chicken breasts are 99 cents/lb!

I normally use a Jambalaya mix to make these, but with MIL staying with us, I have to be real careful on the amounts of salt, fat and peppery spices.. These turned out PDG!

Looks great Squirt! I've done beef, turkey, and pork in bell peppers, but never chicken. I'm going to try that, thanks!

It was given to me, but google 'Cajun Power' and they have a web site full of tasty stuff.. Family owned operation, straight out of Louisiana.
