The main reason I wanted smoked fish was to try out a deviled egg recipe that a friend posted on his blog.
I do love smoked fish tacos though...
I smoked some cod filets in the Memphis Pro..
topped my taco with chipotle slaw and fresh pico..
chipotle slaw...
I Mix 1/2 cup of mayo
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped (you can use more)
some chopped onion
salt to taste
a squeeze of lime juice
and 1 bag of pre-shredded cabbage
chill while smoking the fish.

I saved some of the smoked cod ...
made the deviled eggs using Lupe's recipe...
Guam Firehouse Cook: Lupe's Smoked Yellow Fin Tuna Deviled Eggs
topped the deviled eggs with some of the minced smoked cod
they were pretty tasty!
