Smoked my first Fatty yesterday!

I was just saying this past week that I haven't done a fattie in a while. After seeing yours I think I definitely need a fattie fix!

Wow! Looks fantastic! What temp did you cook at?

I cooked it at 225. It took about 2 1/2 hours.
