Smoked Salmon Roll with Seafood Stuffing

30 Min. in smoke mode and about 30 min on 375. It was very tasty and the kids enjoyed it.

1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup ritz cracker (crumbs)
2 tbsps freshly grated parmesan (cheese)
2 ozs scallops (coarsely cut)
4 ozs shrimp (coarsely cut)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/2 lb lobster meat (coarsely cut)

no soupyjones, I chilled the stuffing to make it easier to work with then rolled and tied, then put it on the smoke setting for 30 min. then 30 min. at 375. It could have been a little better at 20 min @ 375.
