I found them a couple of weeks back when I was searching for lobster recipes. The stuffed veal chop and the portabello pizza really caught my eye (I actually mentioned them in my post). They are on the list.

Its just nice to see the pics...the food came out great...that was a fun day...It was in early Sept in the desert...I was having a blast...back then I still drank adult beverages...I was cooking up a storm and drinking vodka grapefruit and it was 115 degrees...the producter came up and said.."wow isnt it too hot to be drinking vodka...I told him I was a professional..I did fine and I ened the show by taking my shirt off and doing a cannonball into the pool. My wife said that was forbidden in the future.

You were on TV last night. I was popping through the channels and stopped on the Cooking Channel. They had a show called United Tastes of America and they were at the 2011 Royal following Tuffy around. They had a quick shot of you playing the ukelele.
Looks like the show first aired on 1/31/12.
