Hi all
Been a crazy couple of weeks here. My parents off gone for the month, so I am running the business solo, trying to keep everyones schedule organized and feeling like I'm having a breakdown so obviously I have not cooked like I want to.
Thank goodness for my son, he has looked after dinner the past 3 nights for everyone.
But I am looking forward to a roast beef today on the Traeger with all the fixins.
To all my fellow Canadians, have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend.
And to all my non Canadians, have a wonderful weekend.
