Some more Pizza!

Made some dough from scratch, using a Caputo 00 flour recipe.

Wife and Kids favorite, black olives and Pepperoni.

Had my neighbor over, we had a Sausage (home made Italian), onion, black olive and Pepperoni

Thought the dough/crust was very good. Actually purchased a dough mixer, bread maker doesn't do a good enough job. Got a Bosch MUM4405UC Compact Mixer. Will post some pics of the new toy in action and results.
