Season with mustard and coat liberally with BP Happy Endings. Into avacpak and ready to cook.

Cook at 135 for 3 hours. Put under the broiler to get a little color.

Serve with Au Gratin potatos and a tomato, mushroom and spinach salad. top with some shaved parm. The best pork tenderloin I have ever eaten.
