yo oh maties. welp, its friday. you know what that means right?
a real nice day here.
we have had rain for the last 6 days, hail, tornado's touched down 30 miles from my house 2 days ago. we had a 3 hours thunderstorm / lighting last night (very cool stuff if your having fun, you know). last power for 3 hours (quick, put the beer in ice chest and clear out the ice bins). lighting was real close. scares the dogs. me i love it. reminds me of being out in the middle of the ocean during a hurricane. fun stuff, just don't fall overboard. ok, on w/ our show.
time for a little of this and a little of that. ya'll know me by now. i remembered marty made some ribs the other day using some 3 eyz and balsamic. so, marty. this ribs are for you buddy.(and i am having a FT or 3).
the pretty lady is all dressed up and ready for the show.
2 hours later @ 275°.
