Spatched Chicken on a cold day

Rubbed the birds with Yardbird, Bone Suckin Sauce & Happy Ending. Onto the Memphis @225 for an hr. & bumped to 375 for 1 more hour, basted one with Blue Hogs & the other with Plowboys Sweet 180 for the last 1/2hr.




Rubbed the Asparagus with EVOO, wrapped in bacon & dusted with Bp's Desert Gold, Jalleluja seasoned jalapeño salt, Sweet Money & Happy Ending



Cut up some Potatoes,Onions & Bacon dusted with Happy Ending, Desert Gold, Jallelujah & Little Louie's
