Seasosned up the Wagyu with Grassinni Garlic Olive Oil, Whiskey Balsamic, Money Rub and a light sprinkling of Smoking Guns Hot....Smoked on the one star on the rack till an internal temp of 110 Then set uyp shop on the hasty bake gourmet with grill grates and cust and seared to taste and temp...There was not a single bite lieft of the plates.,....8 people and they licked their plates. Best steak ever.
