Feeling a little nostalgic tonight and was in the mood to try something my dad always cooked, Stuffed bell peppers and beer bread. I'd done the bread on the grill before but never the peppers. He always did his in a dutch oven over an open fire.
Stuffed the peppers with Italian sausage, hamburger, rice, tomato, onion, garlic, and spices:
Beer bread done with Fat Tire and a shout out to Sparky
Smoked the peppers @225 for 20 minutes
Cranked up to 350, put some marinara sauce on the peppers and the bread in as well
