Stuffed chicken breasts.

The wife wanted something a bit different so i went with a stuffed chicken. Got some bog standard boneless skinless breasts and gave them a whack or 2 with a frying pan.

Hit them with a bit of my home made experiment "Italian" rub

Next i stuffed them with some Goat cheese bacon and asparagus.

On to the Traeger we go with some mashed potato pie type product i made out of leftovers. Also threw on some more asparagus later in the cook

Not the prettiest of plates i have made but it tasted good. Thanks for looking and please be kind as this is my first contest. For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to post pics before, so thanks for posting instructions for those of us who need the help.

I can tell by the photos they must have been good.
We do this with chicken a lot. The pictures NEVER match the flavor. Something to try is butterfly the breast then give them the frying pan wack. It will get the chicken thinner and will roll up a couple of layers. Wee Willy's White sauce are good on these but the pictures look bad because it is a white sauce. Nice seeing you use the grill for the entire meal. The cast iron pans are great for that.
