ok Im not having anyone over....not cooking but my kids get here monday and I will be racing through pellets

I'm not sure... That HUGE storm is heading our way and is suppose to hit and dump a lot of snow on us starting tomorrow morning and last until sometime Monday.

I have a 12.5 lb ham on the MAK right now though, so it may be ham sammiches! ;)

Did a quick test run for tomorrow. It'll be on the menu. Fresh pork belly with a coating of #porkmafia Memphis Mud. 180 for about an hour and a half then cranked up the FEC to 325 for another hour. Good Stuff!
