I used it as the only rub on chicken...(tip season and dont flip to do the other side until the big salt has melted)

I ordered the Sweet Money, and several other rubs, and received them yesterday. Last night I cooked a couple of chicken thighs. Since my wife has become super sensitive to most of my rubs (she doesn't like the taste they leave in her mouth), I only used a little mayo, garlic salt and Panko bread crumbs on hers. I used the Sweet Money on mine. I gave her a taste of my chicken thigh. She thought it was really good. Her next comment was, "I'll bet that would taste good on pork"! I guess we will be checking that out soon. I am glad I ordered the larger size.
