Tonight's diner..Taco Pie
It was quick, easy and cheap too!

First off I got the beef ready.

Back into the MAK to
Simmer
I made a bottom crust with bisquick and pre baked it for 5 minutes.

Next a layer of beans

Into the MAK at 450 until the top crust turns brown.

Got some thin sliced romas and avocado on top.
I made a pico de gallo out of onion, fresh penos and Romas.

You can't see it but i was doing the happy dance in my chair eating this!

It was awesome! But next time I'll make it thinner.
