Teariaki Seared Ahi with Avocado

[Big Poppa]

I got some beautiful ahi....love to sear it over lump. Marinated it for four hours with Soy Vey Island teriaki...sprinkled with Big Poppa's Desert Gold Rub

Raised the basket

flippy floppy

sliced and then drizzled with more teriaki

nice sliced avocado with Desert Gold

I swear there were about three pellets in this cook!
