Thank You for Your thoughts and Prayers

A number of you have passed along your thoughts and prayers about my wife's hip surgery. I am happy to report that her surgery was successful. She is resting comfortably. She has already started talking about travelling again. It will be a while, but she has a good goal to work towards.

After she recovers, I have several ideas to try on the grill. I would love to get back to entering the contests again. Look out world!

i don't know about you but w/ out my wife i would be in jail or dead. i owe my wife alot. she has helped me kick a couple of bad habits i had before i meet her. i still have one or two bad habits but nothing that will kill me unless eating to much pork will do it? i am really glad your wife is doing better. we would be at lost w/out them.

I must have slept through the class on all the issues involved when you and a spouse get older. We keep telling our son that we hope he is paying attention. As they say, getting older is not for the faint of heart.
