The Christmas of Red Meat!

Well this was the Christmas of red meat, I smoked 4 tri-tips over the last 5 days. One for Christmas Eve for those volunteering with me at church. One for Christmas Dinner.

Next 2 were for Bunco, and my parents.


A friend from Santa Maria sent me a bottle of Susie Q's to season my tri-tip with. Rubbed with Balsamic Glaze w garlic.


On the Smoker!

I did not get any pics of the after...too many people shoveling it in:). But it tasted great.

Lastly, I offered to cook our children's pastors prime rib roast for Christmas. They brought the meat over. I rubbed it with balsamic glaze, Money & Double Secret Steak.



Next day I got texts from their family saying it was the Bomb Diggity!!

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and will have a fantastic start to 2014.

They sure looks dang good... at least the "before" pics do.

Since there are no "after" pics, I think you're going to just have to bring one or two of those tri-tips over and cook it for us! ;)

Sure! No problem! Im sure we could ovevrnight a couple tri-tips for you, they are fairly regular at our Costco since it may be cheaper than me flying. But much less fun.
