our story begins w/ a kind old gentleman wandering into town to go to the market. he was running low on his precious meats. he loved his meats on the weekends. he comes across the town butcher. he yells out, "whata got fresh yon butcher"? he says, "da butts are fresh master sire". throw 2 in my satchel and call it a day.

i decided not to put in my little ice chest. it always holds so much moisture. so, i just put them in the oven for 2 hours.

my one neighbor made me some homemade apricot syrup (my favorite) and the other neighbor made some homemade bbq sauce. so.....

Open face mystery butt sandwich or mystery butt french toast. you can pick the name. i like both names.

i toasted some wheat bread. spread bbq sauce on it instead of butter. mystery butt piled high on each 1/2. then bbq sauce w/ the apricot syrup drizzle on thick. my wife is laughing me. thats not nice. it will taste good. and, it did. apricot & pork butt = winner. bbq sauce& pork butt = winner. win, win. life is good in sparky world. another nice snacky poo.

Great looking pulled pork sparky!
I really like that look of the butt with the balsamic glaze on it. I ordered some in the whiskey flavor, gonna be interesting!
