Transporting pork butt - tips?

What is the proper way to transport a pork butt after it cooks? I'm heading about an hour from my house and wanted to take a few with me.

After it is fully cooked I put them in aluminum pans, cover with foil and put it in an ice chest. I line the bottom with a towell and then cover the pans with a couple of towels. It will stay hot for several hours. Before you put it in the pans let the internal temp of the meat drop to 170 or it will continue to cook and turn to mush.
