Well it’s trash night and my wife will start throwing food away. Gotta cook quick!

Chorizo Mash Empanadas

Had some pot sticker dough I needed to use. Also the Chorizo mash and the cilantro lime creama.

The mash into the dough press and seal

Pan fry to a golden brown and plate with the creama and Franks hot sauce.

Too good for words!

Region and cooking method. Dumplings are of Asian origin and are usually steamed. Empanadas are more closely associated with southern Europe and are usually fried.
