So now I have the first butt done I thought I'd run the grill on high and see how it will do as a grill
"Grill Mode"
Kimmie's steak went on first cause she likes w̶e̶l̶l̶ ̶d̶o̶n̶e̶ burnt steak.
After 10 mins I tossed mine on
When all said and done mine was 135 IT Kimmie's d̶e̶a̶d̶ ̶r̶u̶i̶n̶e̶d̶ burnt.
