Ok so I didn't get the steaks cooked this weekend but I did get them done last night... I want to give a shot out to the good folks at MAK! My igniter died last night when I fired up the MAK... They talked me through how to start it up with out the igniter and saved my cook! Plus new igniter on its way. These folks do care for there customers and they like to show it.

Due to the grill issues I didn't get as many pics as I had hoped...

If you haven't tried Wagyu beef you really need to... I know it is a bit pricy but well worth it! So the next time you and your spouse or special somebody want a wonderful night in... Give BP's meat locker a call and let the wonderful folks at Strube pass on to you some of the finest beef on the planet.

Ok kissed up to MAK - check, BP - check, and Strube - check... :)... Seriously folks they earn it with great products and service.
