Use for that old gasser

Wanted to give the smoker a good cleaning since it will be put away for a month. How do I clean the grates while I clean the ash...... I know let's use the gas grill. Worked great, set it to high (sparky cleaning method) now the mak looks like new inside and out

Now it gets covered :-(

LOL! I do the same thing. After a few particularly messy cooks, I fire up my gasser and put everything in. Half hour later - Clean machine!

I use my dishwasher for the smaller grates.. pressure washers for the ones that wont fit. When in a pinch... turn to high for an hour and let it burn off..

I know someone who gutted thier Jenn-Air grill body and mounted their outdoor media equip in it. A nice stainless home for stealth stereo control. LOL
