It is a work night still have to get the smoke on. Tonight boneless chicken breast stuffed with onion, bell pepper yes feta cheese and wrap with bacon. Gotta have that bacon. I will post pictures later of the cook when they are done.
Here is the picture wright before i pulled them off the smoker. That bacon really helps the chicken from drying out.
