What should I make for dinner?

Since your the one that has to make it.. I'm thinking risotto topped with grilled shrimp. Healthy side would be braised then roasted brussel sprouts with a balsamic vinegar and agava necter glaze. Since they are coming into season some strawberries marinated in Grand Marnier and some fresh whipped cream. BTW what time should I be there for dinner!! :)
