What's cooking for Thanksgiving?

It may be a little on the early side but, have any of you guys thought about what you'll be smoking this year on turkey day?

Any new recipes you want to try out?

Costco turkey. Normal process. It comes out great so I don't want to change anything.

We're actually raising our own turkeys this year, so we're pretty stoked to have FRESH bird! Will do it on the MAK like we did last year-- turned out superb!
