Yeah, same here; so many good things it's hard to say. But I know the Bacon Wrapped Fatties have got to be close to, if not at, the top of the list. And it doesn't seem to matter what kind of fattie it is. Everybody goes nuts over them every single time.
I would have to say ribs. There just fun to play with and try new seasonings technics ect.. Poultry would be a close second. But in reality we cook almost everything on the MAK
so it's hard to just pick a couple things.
Well i have to say smoked prime rib. The first time i tried it was in 1982 in a little place in Millegeville Ga. Been hooked every since. But never made it as good as they did till I got my Mak. Sorry wrong word.. Never made it better than they did till I got my Mak!
I agree with the beef tenderloin . Also like all chicken and is there any other way to cook ribs.
Veggies are the bomb cooked on the pellet grill may do more to Improve the flavor then it does with meat.
