Where can I buy Mak Accessories?

The local MAK supplier carries a very limited stock of accessories, and charges extra (boo) for special orders. I'm looking at getting two of the half-shelf upper cooking grates, and two more probes for a 2 star general and can't seem to find them.

I'm sure I'm just looking in the wrong places, so any suggestions where I would get them other than the local MAK Supplier?
