First, let's make some "scotch" eggs from the local store's breakfast and sweet Italian sausage. I boiled 4 eggs for 8 minutes as they will finish cooking on the GMG.
Next it was time for the chicken. Wings and legs were the order.
I had enough chicken to give me the opportunity to use my mat and stand.
The game was on and we were so involved that the food was eaten before I could capture a picture of the entire finished product. Well, better late than never....
