Hi there,
I am new to the forum so thanks for your help in advance. I currently cook pork shoulders on a 22" Weber charcoal kettle BBQ using oak chunks to flavour. I use a BBQ guru thermostat with it and it cooks the pork shoulder great and holds the temp within 2 to 3 degrees of the setting for up to 12 hours without disturbing. I want to try to make life easier as I am doing farmers markets here in the UK where I sell the pulled pork. Therefor I cook all week through. So my question is, will I get as good as results with a consistent temperature on a GM grill. And in your opinion will it be easier to run, clean and set up than my current Bbq? Thanks for your time, Matt.
