Hi all, ive had my YS640 for about 2 months now and am in love with it. Been smoking on a WSM for 2 years prior.

truly is set it and forget it. unless you0 have had too many beers before starting and forget to check that the hopper is full. And then later remember that you need to force a restart before just adding more pellets.

perfect amount of smoke, and stays at the same temp.
