Hello, My name is Sammy, and I will soon be a pellet smoker! Going to pick up a used YS640, and I can't wait to cook on her!

I've been cooking on an Ugly Drum Smoker, and Weber kettles. Not a competition cook, but I do judge with the South Carolina BBQ Association.
