    On the graph, when I take out a probe because one thing is done cooking, I lose it from the graph (and the saved graph as well). Any way around this?

    Mak Default temp

    Is there a way to change the Mak default temp from smoke to 225? If the power flickers in my house, the pellet boss resets to smoke. This is fine if I am awake and keeping an eye on the smoker, but a problem if it happens at night or while I am out running errands.

    Mushy pulled pork

    Need help troubleshooting what went wrong with my pulled pork. Had 2 butts - one 10.2 lbs and one 6.7. Cooked on the rack of my Mak. Smoke for 3 hrs - 200 for 1 hour and the rest at 225. The 10 pounder took 20.5 hours get to 190 - the smaller one took longer 21.5 hours. When I pulled the...

    Brisket & Butt

    First brisket on the Mak 1 and second round of Butt. Overnight cook with no problems(except for a bad dream about the power going out). Brisket went for 16 hours (foiled at 185) and butt took 17 hours. Then into the cooler for 4 hours until guests arrived. Way too much food, but great leftovers.
