While waiting for the Mak to heat up last night to grill some fresh rock cod my health conscious son threw a slab of Tofu seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic salt into the warming / smoking box. When the grill reached temp we threw the fish and tofu onto the grill grates.
Don't you guys laugh at me but the tofu was incredible. Picked up just enough smoke and made the tasteless slab delicious. Try it!
