when i say dry, i mean no foil. put the ribs on the grill and flip every 45 minutes or so or when you need a FT and then spray w/ apple juice or the kids beer. dry ribs have to me a better taste of the rub that i put on. the rub is also dry my friend. watch BP video on rib making. he cooks 2 rack dry and one rack foiled w/ sauce. thats how i learned but i just tweeked it some. alright, time to get back in the pool.
