It's that time of the year again, Toby Keith is the headliner this year

Kerrie and I cooked up a bunch of pork butts and Briskets to hand out samples all weekend. The 1 Star took care of 6 10lb butts while the 2 Star smoked the 15lb briskets, took forever to pull and slice it all but glad we got it done and vac sealed early!
Hope to see some of you Oregon MAK owners there!

Here is the cook graph from MAK Grills Mobile on the Brisket.
Foiled at 10:17 & bumped to 275, I pulled the bottom 2 at 11:39 (195IT) and put the probe in the top one for the remainder of the cook.
So nice having the Wi-Fi!

Funny. I notice there is not much stall on your brisket. I didn't have much on mine either. Maybe because we aren't opening and looking? Gotta live the WiFi!

I have had it for quite a while but never used it because I couldn't find anywhere to mount it. Then along come the front shelf and what do you know, a perfect mounting spot I can't remember where I got it, some BBQ shop along the way I am sure.

Holy cow Bob, you're right! I bought on a year or so ago bot don't use it because I had trouble mounting it. I'll have to give the light a try this weekend!
