10 degrees and snowing here, so perfect day to cook. Breaded bbq chicken breast. cheddar parmesan potatoes , and best for last, triple fudge lava cake......all on the Mak. I Love deserts on the smoker especially all the crisps.
yes , fine mince on veggies is almost always the way to go when putting them in with meat IMO . more evenly flavor throughout. I do my chicken enchiladas with th chicken and peppers so finely minced together it's almost a sandwich spread lol best enchiladas I have ever Had to date.( but I found some ideas to change up the sauce next time I cook them.
thanks BP, put in another order with you guys , testing out all your different bbq sauces to figure out my favs. Then I will order quanity. right now, Eat's Next Best Thing it at the top for wings and legs. The mayo cooked chicken just kicks off nicely with that sauce.
