Did some chicken again. Love to de-bone the whole chicken these days. Seems like I can get more out of it where if I leave it on the bone some gets left behind. Also put a couple pork chops on.

Nice to see some good looking smoke. That smoke coming from the last cook was nasty.

Thought I would have some chicken for lunches this week but no the wife and kids decided I made it for them. The thin pork chops were not the best texture. Flavor was good but need some tweaking next time.
