Our prayers are with her Rick. We're actually having a green salad this year for the first time,but the lettuce will be from the garden. the turkey I smoked earlier was great .How ever the one thursday will be spatchcock. The whole one should have been on longer but you can always correct that . I'm also trying a ham. Should be a great 4 day weekend. Might even get to the 2 pork butts in the freezer.Hope everyone has a great weekend!!!
