Onto Mak 2 Star #106 @275F
After one hour, "Foil Love" with Brown sugar, honey, butter and a splash or two of red wine
After an hour longer @275F, poured off the drippings from the foil, defatted and reduced by 1/2 into a sauce.
Baste with the sauce.
