Well, after all of your helpful postings and some more research on my own, I've made a command decision. The hand points to the MAK 2-Star. SWMBO concurred. As soon as the bottom falls out of my Weber gasser we'll be doing the MAKDADDY.

Had a buddy call me today and asked me to smoke him some more cheese. Only on the 2 star!
