S Spey Rod New member Nov 24, 2017 #1 Yesterday I cooked 2 turkeys, one deep fried and the other spatchcock on the MAK 2star. No question, the 2 star bird was hands down the better bird. Next year I am going back to cooking 2 spatchcock birds.
