Bologna and hot dogs!


I learned a couple of things 1- Bologna tastes just like the hot dogs. 2- Got to watch it closer and not cook as long since it is thin.

Interesting that you are BBQing bologna. That's, evidently, an Oklahoma treat. I stumbled across "Barbecue Bologna {Oklahoma Prime Rib}" by accident while cruising the web. It not done with slices, though. It's done with a whole bologna. I'll have to try it some time.

I have had "Fried" bologna for years. So while I was grabbing some dogs for lunch I went ahead and grabbed the last piece of bologna. Basically the same stuff just different format

I brought back some ring bologna from the Amish country in Pennsylvania...it was off the charts good...both the regular and the garlic
